Kick off the community healing series by making some noise! Join us on Saturday July 10th in a healing workshop with passionate drummer and Art Therapist Jeni Swerdlow MA ATR for Restorative Rhythms.
Follow this session on Sunday, July 11th to engage in a Sound Immersion session with sound artist, mindfulness teacher Gail Jackson.
Each session will start with a brief psycho-educational component with Dr. Andrus followed by facilitation by our guest presenters.
