Whether it is a creative block, asserting yourself in your personal life or asking for that raise you deserve…here is your chance to identify places that you’d like to change and get support in making those changes. Using creativity we will come together and engage in writing, making collages and sharing our experiences. No experience with art is necessary, just a willingness to try something new in helping you move forward. Goals of the workshop: Use writing and storytelling to describe your fear Explore art making and creativity to visualize your fearless self Identify one change you can make today toward your goal Cost: $35 for the workshop Developed and Presented by: Mary Andrus ATR-BC,LCPC Mary is a live oak facilitator and an art therapist. She is the owner and founder of Art Therapy Studio Chicago providing individual counseling, workshops and groups to the Wicker Park community. She leads creativity workshops, has presented numerous times on Art and The Inner Critic, teaches at Adler School of Professional Psychology and has been working as an art therapist for over 13 years.
